Pricing Information

All services are direct pay to the provider. Moving out of insurance based confines allows me to quadruple the quality of care you receive and appropriately value my own labor. I will provide a Superbill for PT services upon request. Thanks for your understanding!

Practice Locations

I am licensed to provide PT services in Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
All onsite or virtual PT services must take place in these states.
Non-PT services onsite or virtual may take place anywhere we please.
